Zola Acker is a pen name. Her "real" first name is Esme, after a fictional character in a story by JD Salinger. She owns a stenography machine and can transcribe 180 words a minute on it. Currently she tends bar at a restaurant that is about to shut down. By the time you read this she will need a job.
